Here’s some simple drive-in etiquette’s to follow to ensure everyone has a great time.
Just like the old-school drive-ins you will be able to access the movie’s audio through your car’s FM radio.
When you arrive on the night you will be given a frequency to tune into.
We encourage you to check your radio beforehand or you can also bring an FM radio to listen to the film through that.
Whilst everyone is listening to the same movie, we encourage you to monitor the volume.
Main Arena, St Ives Showground, 450 Mona Vale Road, St Ives
Your car is your seat, so you will park on the main arena.
If you are arriving separately, there is limited parking within the Showground district. However, keep in mind that you must be in a car to enter the cinema viewing arena, no walk-ins.
The cinema arena is on grass. Whilst this is mostly even, it is not the same as concrete and there is a steep ditch around the outer circle.
There are accessible toilets available onsite.
